Step 1: Create an account

QualiBooth's Accessibility Toolkit is a SaaS solution that will collect accessibility data about your web pages. Creation of an account will secure your data and segregate it from any other users.

If you prefer, we can provide you with access to a demo account with artificial data. Contact our Support Team and they can discuss your options.

Step 2: Define your Organization

We will organize your account into logical containers and we ask that you provide this information now.

Organization is normally your company name but it can be the team name. This is a grouping of projects and can be changed at a later date.

Display Name is how your website will appear within the list of sites in Toolkit and Agora.

Thoughtful and Informed Guidance

Step 3: Choose your Plan

QualiBooth plans are based on the number of websites, the volume of traffic, and the number of people who will use the tools. Our programs range from Standard (59 Euro/month) to customized Enterprise programs (600 to 10,000 Euro/month).

Small organizations: If you have a small site, we suggest a trial of Advanced. This will include a discounted Agora user license, which is a real value for small organizations.

Large organizations: If you are a large company, with big traffic volumes, we suggest a trial of Premium to get you started. This trial will include enough data and Agora licenses to see our full potential.
This account can be upgraded to an Enterprise account at any time.

Step 4: Start the trial

This step needs no description. We will not charge your account at this time. Cancel prior to the end of the trial and your test is free.

The final window for account creation is the trial terms, which includes the free trial period and the billable amount if the contract is accepted after the trial.

Step 5: Download and install the Toolkit script

The full power of the Accessibility Toolkit comes through when you install the script on your site. This is a small script that will scan your pages a few times per day to identify any accessibility errors on the page.

The script will run in the background as visitors open pages and you will have preliminary data 1 hour after installing the script. We suggest you let it run initially for 24 hours so that you have a significant data sample for review.
