Who can see this data:
This data is accessible to QualiBooth staff (including Customer Success and internal teams) and is used to understand product adoption and provide proactive support. It is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Activity data is retained for up to 12 months for trend analysis purposes. Aggregated and anonymized statistics derived from this data may be retained indefinitely.
